Fantasy Mashups is committed to protecting its players. We realize people may not have all the resources available to be able to manage their play in a responsible manner. Therefore, we offer proactive ways and support to encourage and help a healthy player attitude and deliver positive experiences.


If you wish to disable your account for any reason at all, you may apply a self-exclusion to your account. Let us know how long you would like to be excluded and we can lock your account for you.

  • Any upcoming entries will be canceled and refunded.
  • You can contact Customer Support for assistance if you wish to withdraw any remaining funds from your account
  • You will not be able to login to your Fantasy Mashups account.

If for any reason, you want to extend your self-exclusion or permanently close your account, please contact Customer Support, and we can help you in making your final withdrawal and closing your account. If you decide that you would like to re-open and play at the end of your self-exclusion, please contact Customer Support. Each request for re-opening will be under evaluation for approval.
